I am a dedicated, hardworking, and ambitious football executive with a wealth of global experience and a passion for the game that remains the same as when I made my professional debut as a teenager for Millwall FC 20 years ago. Following a playing career — which included record-breaking honours for Australia — I gained the highest coaching qualifications in Europe before making the transition into executive and senior roles, where I was Head of Delegation for the Australia National Team at the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 and have enjoyed helping to shape a progressive strategy for the future development of football in Qatar, recently demonstrated through winning the 2024 Asian Cup.

My key strengths – including leadership, communication, strategic planning, and talent identification – have come to the forefront in my current roles, where I am responsible for creating and implementing innovative strategies and programs that enhance the performance and potential of players and coaches combined. I also collaborate with various stakeholders and partners to promote and showcase the vision and values of higher management, and aim to deliver impactful and engaging content and events.

As a consultant, my expertise and knowledge have also been utilised by other international bodies. Alongside my UEFA and FIFA responsibilities, my experience as a player, coach, and executive has enabled me to develop expertise in all aspects of the football industry and beyond, while developing a comprehensive network of contacts around the world. I take great pride in my work and in my reputation for honesty and integrity.

Gianni Infantino: FIFA President

"
It has been great to see Tim’s professional growth from a top footballer to a highly appreciated executive of the game. His continuous growth is highlighted through his current roles as an academic board member for the FIFA Diploma in Club Management, his active support of FIFA Football for Schools, and the Legends programs.

It has been equally important for him to extend his education as part of my delegation, accompanying me on ambassadorial visits to federations and for FIFA competitions globally. I truly appreciated his dedication, passion, and professionalism. His accomplishments already highlight the positive impact he has had day-by-day on the global football community.

Tim is a true, passionate, loyal, committed professional and a great person on and off the pitch.
